Using environmental logos
on your printed media.
When specifying a paper with the environmental credentials of 9lives Ambassador and 9lives Uncoated, chances are you'll want people to know about it. Putting the following logos on your printed material is one of the easiest ways to tell them.
When printing on our extensive 9lives Ambassador and Uncoated range, Spicers Paper can provide you with 9lives logos to place on your artwork to show your support and contribution to the WWF fund!

Specify 9lives Ambassador
All 9lives coated stocks come with an FSC Mixed Sources certification. -
Check that your printer is FSC-certified
Visit www.fsc-info.org to search for FSC-certified businesses in New Zealand. For a printed product to carry an FSC label, everyone who handles the paper, including merchants and printers, must be FSC chain-of-custody certified. -
Request the FSC logo from your printer
Your FSC-certified printer will be able to supply you with the FSC Mixed Sources logo.
The FSC Mixed Sources label shows that a product is made from wood from FSC-certified well-managed forests, together with recycled material and/or wood from company controlled sources.
FSC controlled wood must be independently verified before it is mixed with FSC-certified material for the final product to carry the FSC Mixed Sources certification. The recycling symbol identifies the percentage of post-consumer recycled content in the product.
If you're using 9lives Ambassador or 9lives Uncoated as your paper stock you can still use the following environmental icons on your printed material even if your printer isn't FSC certified.

9lives Ambassador is made from 55% recycled pulp, including 25% post-consumer material, and 9lives Uncoated is made from 50% post-consumer material. |
